It is a nice light green color after steeping in hot water, (not boiling) for several minutes. It is very mild and easy to drink. I would say it has little or no aroma, and I did not feel any effects of caffeine. This is pure tea leaves with no sugar added...just good old fashioned tea bags with a string. I like them and will order again.
