    This machine is very disappointing, figured i would spend extra money for a better espresso machine. It takes forever to brew, my wife is a teacher and needs her morning espresso to get out the door. Half the time she has to leave before it gives her enough brew for a drink. Wish i could get my money back, hell the $70 machine i bought her 3 years ago is way better than this more expensive one. Dont buy this its junk!!!!

    I had got this from Macy's Online since I had a gift card. We had it for 4 months, but it was quirky from the beginning. Sometimes just I had to "reboot" as in power on and off, pull the cord out to make it work.

    While it worked, the coffee was excellent, great crema and frothing was very adequate. It stopped working yesterday and while Krups offered to fix it (2 year mfg. warranty) - I returned it. Wasn't thrilled at the idea of repairs so early on.

    This expresso machine makes good coffee when it works. The machine gets constantly clogged and needs constant cleaning. We returned it Krups for repair and after having coffee withdrawls, our machine was returned with a few dents and working. Very soon it began getting clogged again and we are now conisdering getting rid of it.

    What a pos! Seriously, no machine has ever managed to anger me more than this thing. I'm not the biggest morning person. I make my coffee to relax and get me started on my day, it's supposed to be my me time like it is for most people. Well this machine does nothing but further piss me off. Seriously, look at the other reviews, this machine is GARBAGE. Sure, it does make good coffee when it decides to work, but that's probably one time for the other 20 times it decides to be a complete moron.
    It just took me 25 minutes, 25 damn minutes, to make one cup of coffee. The sad part is that this is the norm. Once in a blue moon it decides to work flawlessly, but that's rarer than a 15 year old girl to go a day without any mood swings.
    The programming on this machine is utter crap, there are kids just starting out in programming that can program a better machine. Krups should be ashamed for even releasing such a crap product. Don't buy this, seriously, just don't. It's an utter garbage machine, just look at the other reviews.
    I will NEVER buy another krups product in my life. They've shown me what type of company they are, they frankly don't give a crap about their products.
    Look elsewhere.
