Our Swedish Skånerost is a blend of very dense Central American, African and Asian Arabica beans that are dark-roasted in the tradition of Skåne’s finest roasters.In Sweden there is a joke that those from Skåne (Sweden’s southernmost province) talk with a gutteral accent because of the extremely dark coffee they drink… Now you can find out for yourself if that’s true or not.This is the darkest coffee we roast – it is smoky, full-bodied, complex and surprisingly smooth, yet not bitter. This is serious coffee for those who enjoy dark French, Italian or even Spanish roasts.
