Jin Xuan tea leaves are lightly roasted during processing, which creates a unique gentle milk flavor. The leaves of this Premium Alishan Jin Xuan Oolong Tea are grown in the famous Ah-Li Mountains in Taiwan. At the elevation of over 1200 meters, the mountainsides are covered with fog or clouds, which are ideal for growing Oolong.
