This semi-fermented tea has big curled leaves that are greenish-black in colour. Grown in the southern mountains of china\'s Fujian province, it generates a lively infusion with a quite pleasing taste. The tea falls amongst a green tea and a black tea, as it is only partially oxidized (fermented). Its flavor is uniquely its personal neither as sweet as a black tea nor as grassy as a green tea. The Chinese word \"oolong\" signifies \"black dragon.\"
