White tea is rapidly increasing in recognition. Originating from the Fujian province in china, peony white tea (also acknowledged as pai mu tan) is plucked in the early spring. These buds and leaves are dried right away following picking, avoiding any oxidation. These leaves are processed in their most \"accurate\" kind, generating them extremely diverse from green or black teas. Huge green and brown leaves mixed with extended, fuzzy buds make a golden liquor. The cup is really mild with a clean earthy flavor.
